We offer In-home Delivery, Factory Direct Shipping, and/or Customer pickup, select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
We provide in-home delivery for a flat-rate within 45 miles radius of your nearest store location. If your area does not qualify for in-home delivery, you may qualify for Free Factory Direct Shipping, please review your shipping options during check out.
Some of our products ship via FedEx or UPS.These products are not stocked at our distribution centers and ship directly from the manufacture to you. Factory Direct items are not available for Pick-Up, these are typically shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
Customer pickup is available as an option; Select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Customer receipt and photo I.D. will be required to pick-up merchandise.
Delivery & shipping is based on the merchandise selected. The expected arrival date and time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery date and time by checking Order Status.
Yes, you can track it by checking “Order Status”. Delivery/shipping date and times are subject to change without notice, we encourage our customers to follow up with the status of their order.
We are only insured to handle furniture that we are delivering; we ask that you clear the area where your new furniture will be placed prior to delivery.
Our In-home delivery option includes full assembly (for most of the items), placement of your furniture and removal of all packaging. Notable exceptions are entertainment centers, bookcases, vanities, lampstands, coat racks, & office desk. Items noted “Assembly required” will need customer to assemble. Factory Direct Shipping and pickup orders will not be assembled.
