A non-refundable fee of 30% applies to cancel orders or returned items (original delivery charges are not refundable; we offer pickup services for an additional fee). Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within five business days. Full refunds are only given if the order is canceled on the same day of being placed. Return Eligibility: Items must be in the original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Do not assemble or modify the product in any way.
