We offer In-home Delivery, Factory Direct Shipping, and/or Customer pickup, select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
Customer pickup is available as an option; Select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Customer receipt and photo I.D. will be required to pick-up merchandise.
We are only insured to handle furniture that we are delivering; we ask that you clear the area where your new furniture will be placed prior to delivery.
Fees are based on location, which will be determined during time of check out.
You can follow up using "Order Status". We encourage our customers to check the status of their order for any changes that may occur.
At this moment, the option to finance your online order is currently unavailable. If you are interested in financing your online order, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. We encourage you to return or exchange items promptly because damage or wear will result in an adjustment to your refund. If an item is unsatisfactory, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement, or an exchange. This return policy excludes Appliances, electronics, and mattresses (there is a Modified return policy for such items).
A non-refundable fee of 30% applies to cancel orders or returned items (original delivery charges are not refundable; we offer pickup services for an additional fee). Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within five business days. Full refunds are only given if the order is canceled on the same day of being placed.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be in the original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Do not assemble or modify the product in any way. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
· Clearance Items
· Personalized items
· Gift cards
· Floor Sample items
· Items you have assembled
· Items marked “Non-Refundable” on the sale page or price tag.
· Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate. (unless the entire bundle is returned)
You can choose between two refund methods, minus return shipping costs.
1) Receive a refund to Store Credit. We’ll credit your store account within 1 business day after we receive and inspect the item.
2) Receive a refund to your original payment method. We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
A modified return policy applies to some products, including mattresses and large appliances. For more details, please read our Return Policy.
For your convenience, we offer layaway to assist with your furniture purchase. This program locks the price of the furniture for up to 90 days at no cost to you, and we do not charge interest or fees even if the price of the furniture goes up. All you need to do is make a 10% down payment (of total price) and make payments for up to 90 days. Once you have fully paid for your purchase, you will be ready to schedule your delivery (or pick-up). However, since our Layaway Plan does not have your order specifically set aside, we ask that you give us 15 days notice prior to your wanting delivery (or pick-up) so that our team can get your order ready for you. While we ask for 15 days notice, we will be able to get to you much sooner in most cases.
Furnitre Care Protection plan can be purchased at an additional cost. COVERAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FROM A SINGLE INCIDENT:
· On Fabric of Microfiber
Household food and beverage stains
Stains from human and pet saliva, urine, stomach fluid, or blood
Accidental burn or singe marks caused by brief contact with flame or heat
Accidental ballpoint pen ink, wax crayon, facial cosmetics, nail polish, or nail polish remover
Color transfer from blue jeans or newspaper
Accidental puncture, cut, tear, or rip
·On A&P Leather or Vinyl
Household food and beverage stains
Stains from human and pet saliva, urine, stomach fluid, or blood

Accidental ballpoint pen ink, wax crayon, facial cosmetics, nail polis, or nail polish remover
Color transfer from denim jeans or newspaper
Cracking or peeling of top grain leather in seating areas
Cracking or peeling of all leather and vinyl in non-seating areas
Accidental puncture, cut, tear and rip
·On Wood
Household food and beverage (product stain- excluding accumulation)
Accidental singe or heat marks cause by brief contact with flame or heat
Fading from sun exposure
Accidental damage from finger nail polish or finger nail polish remover
Failure of assembled joints
Water or household beverage marks, stains or rings
Accidental scratches penetrating through the top coat Finish
Accidental dents, gouges or chipping penetrating through the top coat Finish
Peeling of the finish of solid wood or veneer surfaces
·Mechanical and Structural breakdowns* to Fabric, A&P Leather and Vinyl Upholstered Furniture as a result of:
Breakage of Frames, Panels and Springs
Breakage of mechanisms including sleeper mechanisms, reclining mechanisms, heating, power and vibrating mechanisms
*Coverage on frams, panels, springs and mechanisms may be used only upon expiration of manufacturer's warranty and may not be used in liew of manufacturer's warranty
